Refund Policy for Leadshot Studio

Refund Policy Effective Date: December 20, 2025

At Leadshot Studio, we want you to love your headshots. Here's our straightforward refund policy:

Solo Packages

• Full refund     if we fail to deliver your curated headshots for any reason (technical      issue, etc.).
• If you're not satisfied after receiving your headshots, we'll provide one free revision round to make it right. (included in Solo Professional Package)
• If you're still unhappy after revisions, you may request a full refund within 7 days of initial delivery, provided you have not downloaded the final high-resolution files.
• No refunds will be issued after files have been downloaded or after the 7-day window.

Team / Enterprise Packages

• Full refund only if we fail to deliver.
• No cash refunds for dissatisfaction — instead, we'll work with you (unlimited revisions if needed) until you're 100% satisfied. Our goal is long-term happy teams.

All refund requests must be sent to robert@leadshotstudio.com with your order details. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

We reserve the right to deny refunds for abusive or repeated requests.
